ISR develops doctrine, standards, and professional certifications that define excellence and integrity within this emerging field.
Through an exclusive partnership, SMU serves as the sole licensed training provider for ISR, authorized to deliver the Certified Signature Reduction Professional (CSRP)™ and ISRC™ certification programs. This collaboration ensures that all ISR instruction and materials meet the Institute’s rigorous standards of academic quality, operational relevance, and ethical stewardship.
